  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event or no-shows: No refund.

2. Event Changes & Exchanges

  • If you cannot attend, you may request to change to another available event (only once).

  • Changes must be requested at least 3 days before the event.

3. Cancellations by Gute Freunde Seoul

  • If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. 행사 변경 및 교환

  • 참석이 어려울 경우, 다른 행사로 1회 변경 요청이 가능합니다.

  • 변경 요청은 행사 3일 전까지 가능합니다.

3. Gute Freunde Seoul 주최 측 취소

  • 불가피한 사정으로 행사가 취소될 경우, 전액 환불 또는 다른 행사로 변경해 드립니다.

4. 환불 방법

  • 환불은 결제 시 사용한 동일한 결제수단으로 처리되며, 영업일 기준 5–7일이 소요됩니다.
